The Silk
The silk we use comes from leftover silk and from cocoons from which the butterflies have already emerged ensuring a fiber made with respect for animal life.
The Mohair
Our mohair comes from South African farms committed to sustainable and respectful practices. The Angora goats are shorn gently by skilled hands, in calm and safe conditions. They live outdoors, have access to fresh water, veterinary care, and are protected from predators. These farms follow the principles of the Responsible Mohair Standard (RMS): ensuring animal welfare, responsible pasture management, and nature-friendly practices. It is an ethical and sustainable production — a regenerative approach that preserves soil, protects water, maintains biodiversity, and secures the future of the fiber.
