Wools and Pals will not request any financial account or credit card information via SMS or phone call under any pretext or reason. We will also not ask you to visit the bank counter or operate an ATM through the aforementioned methods.
If you receive such calls or SMS messages, please remain vigilant and do not blindly follow the instructions of unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact Maorongrong immediately or call the National Police Agency's Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
When you receive calls with prefixes like "+", "+2", or "+886", please stay alert and be wary of the caller potentially spoofing phone numbers or pretending to be from specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unfamiliar links or accept friend invitations or SMS messages from unknown LINE contacts.
Common scam tactics include "duplicate orders" or "mistakenly set up installment payments" to gain the trust of consumers, followed by requests to perform online banking or ATM operations. If it is related to bank transactions, please contact the bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate relevant accounts or provide information, please refuse to reduce the risk of fraud.
We also advise you to regularly change your passwords, strengthen password complexity (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering your account and password on public computers to enhance information security.
We wish you all the best.
