This yarn is made of 100% Lambswool, the first shearing of a sheep, known for its premium quality. Le Gros Lambswool is crafted using traditional Scottish techniques and is spun and dyed at a family-owned fiber mill in Scotland, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship.

It is completely natural, exuding a rustic charm while remaining soft and pleasant to knit with and wear. The yarn has been scoured and steam-damped, leaving no traces of spinning oils and adding extra loftiness.
