- After the pre-order deadline (12 am, September 8, 2025), prices will return to the original price, so don’t miss out!

Original product prices may vary due to different actual shipping costs. Wools and Pals retains the right to update original prices. Preorder prices are not affected.
2. Pre-Order Shipping Schedule
- Pre-ordered items are estimated to be shipped in mid October, 2025. In case of any colors out of inventory, the delivery will be delayed to end of November, 2025.
- If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you accordingly.
3. Availability of Stock or Samples
- Please note that in our physical store we are hosting an ongoing yarn testing event with color cards available for reference. Book your visit now for yarn testing.
- Please be aware that some yarn samples could be used up and become unavailable during the testing events.
4. Future Availability of Pre-Order Items
- Pre-ordered items will not all be stocked in the future. If you’re interested, we recommend securing your order during the pre-order period.
5. Payment Methods
- The following payment methods are accepted:
- Online credit card payment
- Bank transfer
- In-store cash payment
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
- Payment must be completed in advance for your pre-order to be processed. Please retain your payment receipt for future reference.
6. Order Cancellation or Changes
- Once your pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after the pre-order deadline (12 am, September 8, 2025).
- Please double-check the product details, specifications, and quantities before placing your order.
7. Out-of-Stock Situations
- If the manufacturer is unable to supply the item due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund for your order.
8. Combined Orders
- If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped after the pre-order items arrive (mid October, 2025).
- If you need the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays.
